This project completed the establishment of the Environmental Agents Permit Management System. The project includes the completion of the online application and auditing system of permit issuing on environmental agent manufacturing, importing, selling and pesticide selling, distribution of small amount of environmental agent including sample, and tariff-free of importing environmental agent. Also this project did complete online registration, Community Cleaning Results Report Online Reporting System. The achievement of this project will tremendously reduce the workload of the local environmental protection bureau staff and speed up the permit issuing. The completed results are listed in the followings: mutual interception of baseline information with the air, water, waste, and toxic substance integration system, the exchange of data of inspection and citation of the violation of environmental agent use is hooked up with environmental penalty follow-up system to ensure the environmental agent use is fully monitored, the custom monitoring system is working with this system to ensure the import of environmental agent is legal. There were 4 user training sessions and 1 administer training and technology transferring session held. Totally there were 433 cases of previous version of data registry and integration on the end of October, 664 permit data were completed of integration, and 152 cases were scanned and saved. There are 16 times of revising previous version system. Data were moved back into the mainframe computer in the Department of Environmental Sanitation and Toxic Substance Management, and the computer is also hooked up with other system for centralized management.
